The facades “weave” patterns of balconies and vertical brise soleils, with a strong vertical wall as a backdrop. The main lobbies face each other across a motor court for a common drop off.

As a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Amazon's Last Mile AMZL Delivery Station Design Standards, I advise site specific design teams on their adaptation to a particular jurisdiction and climate zone

The project site is centrally located in the smaller city of Phu Ly, about 60km outside of Hanoi. A 21 storey 3-4 star hotel is sited on the city side of the site, opposite the Post Office, and 10 semi detached villas are along the river side.

The Residences are the low rise sales component of the CYAN Resort and Residences development.

The CYAN Hotel is the anchor of this signature development in the prime beachfront area of Da Nang, designed to the standard of The Langham, a global 5 star operator.

Located along almost 2 kilometers of prime beachfront in the popular tourist community of Da Nang in the north central region of Vietnam, the master plan for the Cyan Residences and Resort brings together the Vietnamese elements of water terraces,

The master plan concept for the 29 hectare “new village” is to be a model of sustainable planning on a plateau for 136 detached villas in 500m2 plots, a community center and schools.

Gamuda Gardens Parcel C2, phases 2 and 3, consists of 310 terraced and semi detached homes.

Sketch concept design for 4 layout options

An 18 hole golf course is being developed at the base of the only ski resort in Ulaanbaatur. The master plan integrates approximately 150 villas into the course area, in 500, 400 and 200m2 sizes.
