Andre helped to establish and build the Hanoi office of Aedas Vietnam, facilitating the strong growth of that region's practice. The role included design management and supporting international standards of practice, project management, business development and contract negotiation, fee and spending control and team leadership. Andre worked closely with the head office in Ho Chi Minh City and specialists in other Aedas companies to coordinate project delivery from sources worldwide.

All 7 types of town homes and semi detached villas are arranged in cul de sacs accessed from a perimeter road, minimizing road crossings to a common green space. All units open out to the common linear park.
The facades “weave” patterns of balconies and vertical brise soleils, with a strong vertical wall as a backdrop. The main lobbies face each other across a motor court for a common drop off.
The project site is centrally located in the smaller city of Phu Ly, about 60km outside of Hanoi. A 21 storey 3-4 star hotel is sited on the city side of the site, opposite the Post Office, and 10 semi detached villas are along the river side.
