Roosevelt Commons Commercial Office Buildings

This pair of speculative office buildings was intended to recall the brick and masonry palette of the nearby University of Washington campus.

From the outset, this mid-town office building has been specified to meet the high-quality standards of downtown office properties. Large, well-organized floor plans give tenants plenty of access to natural light for well-being.

Class-A office space is distributed between two separate buildings, both of which are post-tension concrete structures. Building A: 132,000 sf rentable Building B: 90,000 sf rentable
