Luxury Beach Resort Master Plan | Andre Bilokur, architect.

Located along almost 2 kilometers of prime beachfront in the popular tourist community of Da Nang in the north central region of Vietnam, the master plan for the Cyan Residences and Resort brings together the Vietnamese elements of water terraces, rice, and dramatic natural forms integrated into the landscape and cascading into the ocean. The resort offers 4 distinct products; a 200 room 5 star luxury hotel with hotel villas, 100 beach front villas for sale, 2 condominium towers, and 55 garden villas. A pier connects the resort to nearby Cham Island and the port of Da Nang.

The project was subsequently developed under the name of CYAN Resort and Residences, including the villas and hotel.
